Talks, live music and cookery shows on South Tyrolean quality products offer a refreshing light entertainment program with top-class highlights! Elisa Isoardi, the well-known Italian TV presenter, will accompany you throughout the afternoon with talks and cookery shows by the South Tyrolean celebrity chefs Anna Matscher (Restaurant “Zum Löwen”, Tesimo), Herbert Hintner (Restaurant “zur Rose”, Appiano) and Karl Baumgartner (Restaurant “Schöneck”, Falzes). The 2010 world champion sommelier, Luca Gardini recommends wines to accompany the culinary delights.

The popular TV presenter, Markus Lanz, will present the “Gourmet festival menu” that was specially created for the festival by the South Tyrolean celebrity chefs in collaboration with top chef Roland Trettl (Restaurant “Ikarus” Hangar-7, Salzburg). Hendrik Thoma, the master sommelier will recommend wines.
